This IPA has a firm bitterness & big body. It has bold notes of sweet papaya, ripe melon & young spruce tips, balanced with a round malty character & firm bitterness.

West Coast is a throw back to the original craft IPA‘s. We used Chinook and Citra hops which gives this beer a higher bitterness with a citrusy and piney taste.

Extracting a light from the pigmented skins of selected red grape varieties prior to a cool fermentation produces this vibrant fresh rose. The wine has an intense fruit character, with a dry appley finish.

This wine is named after Marion who kept goats next to the vineyard when the Speck Bros. were children. Marion fed their dog Boswell warm bowls of fresh goats' milk and it didn't take long for him to abandon them and move in with her. A creamy rich Chardonnay that keeps you coming back for more.
